Morris Animal Foundation is extremely grateful to the many organization partners who organize fundraisers to help support our mission to advance animal health. Please fill out our form to request collateral and swag items to share. You can use our branded and informational items to inform your supporters about our mission, create giveaways to show your appreciation, or offer items as prizes for your own event engagement and games.  

This form should be completed a minimum of two weeks before your fundraiser starts to allow for processing and shipping of educational, marketing or promotional materials. Please review and consent to Morris Animal Foundation's Privacy Policy before fundraising on our behalf. We review each request on a case-by-case basis before approval.
