Let’s remember Tommy in the best way we can, which is by giving back to animals of all kinds. Tommy always had a passion for giving back to Morris Animal Foundation. Our grandfather, Fred Meyer, was a longtime board member and a lifetime giving partner of Morris Animal Foundation. A little-known fact about our family is that we come from a long line of dog breeders and dog lovers well really animal lovers in general. Most of our youth in Indiana was surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes at our grandparents' house, our dad’s house, and our mom’s house, and as we grew up to be adults, we always had dogs of our own that we rescued. Whenever an animal is afflicted with a disease, the owners feel helpless and hopeless, and really have nowhere to turn, but Morris Animal Foundation has been leading the way and disease research for domesticated and wild animals for a long time and we should be stewards and answer the call when we need to help the voiceless animals that we love so much.

Thank you for helping me honor Tommy in a way that I know will impact so many animals. I think he would really love your interest in Morris Animal Foundation, and hopefully you can carry on giving to this amazing cause that has been dear to our family for many many years.
