My first dog, Clara, was more than a pet—she was family. Losing her to cancer was one of the hardest experiences of my life. It showed me how devastating this disease can be and how important it is to invest in research that can lead to better treatments and healthier futures for animals.

That’s why I’ve chosen to support Morris Animal Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing animal health through scientific research. Their work helps improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases affecting dogs, cats, horses, and wildlife.

My goal is to raise $5,000 to help fund research that gives animals the chance to live longer, healthier lives. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps support discoveries that can make a real difference for pets and the families who love them.

I’m fundraising in loving memory of Clara and in the hope that future families will have more time with the animals they love. While nothing can bring her back, I hope this fundraiser can help support research that gives other pets a healthier future and helps spare families from the heartbreak of losing a beloved companion too soon.
